We have successfully completed the construction of this new care home on a prepared brownfield site in Leeds. The site on York Road is beside a very busy road, surrounded by both retail and residential properties.
This project was for a long standing client and was traditionally constructed providing both residential and dementia care facilities, along with a beauty salon, multi-purpose activities room and landscaped gardens.
The three storey home was successfully completed on time and within budget.
