SYCAMORE PARK, HUDDERSFIELD
This scheme saw the demolition of a public house and the construction of a three storey, 46 bed care home in a residential suburb of Huddersfield. It is the fourth home constructed for this client.
The works were to construct a care home with living accommodation provided as individual rooms, with ensuite facilities.
The new home provides larger than average bedrooms, a beauty salon, cinema, café, bar and multi-purpose activity room.
