TEES GRANGE CARE HOME, STOCKTON
We have successfully completed a new 30 bedroom care facility in Stockton on Tees for Exemplar Healthcare.This care facility supports adults with complex and high acuity needs.
It was constructed within a residential area on a brownfield site that formally housed a small dwelling located on a busy main road. The site is not far from the towns main high street so traffic management has been key on this project.
The building is set over three storeys, the external walling is predominately brick however to some areas of the building we have applied a Cedral Cladding finish.
Internally there are 30 bedrooms each room with its own private en-suite, numerous communal lounges and dining rooms and externally we have created a secure accessible garden space.
The Project was a 55 week programme and we completed this project on time and within budget.
