REDCAR & CLEVELAND COLLEGE EXTENSION
This £2.5m Higher Education Centre at the existing Redcar and Cleveland College was completed within an extremely tight 30 week construction period within the grounds of the fully operational college.
The scheme was traditionally procured making use of the NEC form of contract and we were selected following a competitive tender process on a price and quality basis.
The project was completed on time and within budget and was awarded a Bronze Considerate Constructors National Award due to the team’s flexibility and ability to minimize disruption to the existing operations of the College.
