RAMSIDE HALL HOTEL
This competitively tendered scheme was to provide a 47 bed extension to the existing hotel and the construction of a new Leisure Spa comprising a 25m swimming pool, hydro pool, outdoor pool and infinity roof top pool at the existing 4 star hotel and golf complex at Ramside Hall, Durham.
The complex spa building comprised the construction of a 5m in-situ concrete basement and pool structure complete with extensive Mechanical, Electrical and Pool Plant installation.
Working within the grounds of the existing Hotel a sympathetic approach to the works was a key in order to minimising disruption to the existing hotel and golf club guests.
