LE CATEAU PRIMARY SCHOOL
This was a design and build contract to carry out extensions and remodelling to an existing primary school in Catterick, North Yorkshire.
The first part of the project was the creation of a new 1100m2 playground/multi use games area. Competitively tendered, the phased works also included the complete refurbishment of an existing bungalow to create a new school library. In addition, three new classrooms, toilets and a new school hall were built to allow for future expansion.
This scheme was carried out over 38 weeks, within a fully live and operational school environment.
