Claremount House, Beverley

This 73 bed care home was constructed on a prominent corner position adjacent to the main route between Beverley and Hull.

Constructed with traditional strip foundations with a suspended pre-cast concrete ground floor, walls were of brick construction, with a through coloured render.  Windows are grey upvc double glazed units, with an outdoor rooftop café and terrace for residents.

Claremont House is a state of the art care facility providing residential, nursing and memory impairment care.  As well as the roof-top terrace, facilities include a hair and beauty salon, en-suite wet rooms, three restaurants, variety of lounges and a cinema with bar area.
