EDEN MANOR, CARLISLE
We have successfully completed a new 80 bedroom care home in Carlisle. It was constructed on a brownfield site and local to the area of the site is a doctors surgery and a school. Traffic management has been key on this project in order to keep the surrounding area clear of site traffic as much as possible, especially round peak times.
The external walling of the building is a combination of brick and composite Cladding and is set over three storeys. Externally we have created secure landscaped garden spaces incorporating paved areas within these areas.
Internally there are numerous Lounges and Dining Rooms on each floor, a Hair Dressing Salon, a Summer Room and a Garden Lounge.
The Project was a 55 week programme and we completed this project on time and within budget.
