BUNGALOW HOTEL SITE, SANDSEND

This project comprised the construction of 9 houses with associated car parking and landscaping works.

The site is located on Lythe Bank, Sandsend which was previously a hotel with grounds. The building process required careful planning due to the gradient of the bank. Our own tradesmen used the local stonework with a traditional pan tile roof for this area.

The whole project was completed within the planned programme period of 40 weeks.

The scheme gained an enviable 35.5 score and a awarded a bronze award with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
