Walter Thompson (Contractors) Ltd are delighted to have been appointed as the Main Contractor by Fisher Care Group Ltd, to carry out the refurbishment of the existing care home on Ings Road. The luxury care home will feature 74 en-suite bedrooms and has been carefully re-designed to utilise the latest care technology and alter the existing layout to provide high-quality Residential, Nursing and Dementia care, with the intention of becoming a valuable long-term addition to the community.

The project commenced in October 2025 with an anticipated completion of August 2026.
