NORTHALLERTON, CARE HOME
We have successfully completed a new 65 bedroom three storey care home in our home town of Northallerton. Alongside this new build we have also created 31 extra care living apartments which were constructed alongside the care home.
The building was divided into three blocks and each block was served by a lift and staircase to access all floors easily. We installed balconies on the upper floor apartments of the care apartments and the ground floor had a dedicated external area. We also created a footpath from the complex along the railway line for residents to enjoy a stroll out.
These schemes were started just before the Covid 19 pandemic and our site remained fully operational and adhered to all government guidelines at all times for the duration. We completed this project on time and within budget and also received a certificate of Excellence from Considerate Constructors for this site.
