We have successfully completed the construction of a new 83 bedroom, four storey care home for Crown Care.
This scheme is split into two Phases with the care home being phase 1. We are hoping to be awarded the 2nd phase in the coming months which includes building care apartments within the site vicinity. The care home itself is of a traditional build incorporating a “live green” roof.
Although this scheme was started in July 2019 we had a good proportion of the construction carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic. We continued to work on site through these difficult and uncertain times and the project was still able to complete on time and within budget.
We were also awarded a Performance Beyond Compliance Award on this site from Considerate Constructors.
