TYNE GRANGE, CARE HOME
We have successfully completed Tyne Grange Care Facility for Exemplar Health Care.
The scheme comprised conserving and altering an existing 40 bed care home and transforming it into a 20 bed care facility. The location of the site is in a densely populated area so one of our key issues was to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
Half way through this project the country was put into a national lockdown whereby only key workers were allowed to attend work. Our site remained fully operational throughout the pandemic and the project finished on time and within budget.
We were also awarded a Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate on this project by Considerate Constructors.
